We owe a huge thank you to Ellie at Engaged Canine Services! Our Labrador, Arlo, was getting out of control. We struggled with excessive pulling and barking at absolutely everything—people, cats, dogs, you name it. It was so bad that we tried several other trainers who, sadly, all gave up and ghosted us because they felt he was simply "too much" to handle. It was incredibly disheartening. About three months ago, we found Ellie, and she has been brilliant. Arlo absolutely loves her! She takes him out twice a week, and he is doing wonderfully. We are fully aware that this is a journey and not a quick fix, but the difference in him already is truly amazing. Ellie is so incredibly patient, and we really appreciate that she is still turning up every single week; she hasn't given up on him. We needed someone skilled and experienced to look after our 2 year old working cocker spaniel, who can be challenging! Ellie was recommended to us by our canine physiotherapist who treats Beans for hip dysplasia. Ellie clearly loves dogs and has bonded easily with Beans. She is reliable, knowledgeable, professional and experienced. She walks Beans for us and she is supportive of our training goals. She trains with kindness and we always feel that our dog is in safe hands. She is also a very lovely person!

Ellie was friendly, polite and professional. She was knowledgeable and answered any questions asked with ease and made everyone there feel comfortable. The course was managed well, and ran within the time frame given. On completion of the course the exam was available both online & on paper on site. Really impressed overall !

Explained and taught everything in detail and very thoroughly. The stuffed dogs and equipment was a very good visual guide. Very informative.
